I had some pre-boiled chickpeas and I was planning to make some hummus, but then I remembered that roasted chickpeas are soo good and now I have new stove working. Its very easy to make, I followed a recipe here: http://www.maku.fi/blogit/keittiossa-kotona-ja-puutarhassa/terveelliset-naposteltavat-paahdetut-kikherneet-x3. As spices I used mix chili spice, garlic powder, black pepper and some Maggi soy sauce. So basically, season some pre-boiled chickpeas, add some oil and mix, and roast about 15-20 minutes.
