Assalamu aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh all :)
Yesterday was a bit miserable, but back on track again. Finally today I woke up and my body was feeling fine. I had been sick for 2 weeks and it really started to get me. Now Im all good, did some workout, have been eating healthy meals and Im ok. :)
A new start can come any day. Its a great feeling. Alhamdulillah. What is important, is how to keep it up. I think for me, having a healthy lifestyle is something where I want to put my effort. And I dont mean going over the top, but just doing workouts, eating healthy foods, avoiding unhealthy relationships and have a good time, with friends or relaxing home. Thats kinda what Ive been conciously doing since January, but for me the problem has been that always something happens, and I go to a low point. But, also I have learned again, lot of lessons. And Ive learned again more about myself.
Mainly the people around me have made me feel so good. I start slowly understand how much my friends and parents care about me, and how Im actually so strong and have imaan, even though I dont always feel it. Alhamdulillah. And its great to see how all the positivity keeps us all together.
So like I said, now when I got again a new start, the main thing is how to maintain it. Maybe its time for another lesson, about beeing consistent, steadfast, patient and work hard for goals, no matter how small they are.
